* procedure to be done in hospital; hospital charges to be added to package fees, hospital charges would be around USD$600.00 (Php 27,000.00 pesos) this include the OR cost, intraoperative medication, one night confinement to a small private room. Labs are not included .

(M) – Major Procedure
For patient that are more than 45 y/o and/or interested for a major cosmetic procedure, Medical Clearance and Laboratory are needed this includes; CBC w/ plt ct, BUN, Crea, serum electrolyte(Na, K ,Cl), PT, PTT, Chest X-ray(AP-L) . The cost for the Cosmetic Medical Clearance is around USD$70.00 to USD$100.00, in our clinic at Borough Medical Care Institute or Managed Care Phil Inc. this includes the laboratory exam and Medical Internist’s Professional Fee .
The package fee includes the surgeons fee, the implant (if the procedure needs implant placement), anesthesiologist fee and out patient operating room fee (for the procedure that could be done as outpatient surgery) intraoperative medication or medication to be used intra operatively, recovery room fee and before/after surgeon's consultation fee.
Patients could have their laboratory examination done from the locality they came from, provided that the labs are done within 2 weeks from the scheduled procedure.
